Hello! In the system it shows that you might have not been home when the package was delivered and normally they give you about 5 days to come pick up the package. It shows it was out for delivery on February 27th @ approximately 6:10am. When you don't pick up the package in the time frame they will send it back to the sender. However I am happy to send another one!

First I just want to start off by saying that the customer service is EXCELLENT!! This stuff works the scrub cleared my dark spots in a couple of days !! They not completely gone but I see a big difference
