I got the 1/2 gallon raw batana. The customer service was outstanding along with the communication. Shipping was within expected timeframe even though I edited my order. I have tried batana 2x before I got the opportunity to order from Sye. Immediately when I opened my gallon I was welcomed by the delicious batana smell. It wasn’t overly burnt / Smokey smelling it was literally the perfect blend. Now the texture is what solidified the experience and let me know yes, this is the real deal. It was so soft and rich and melted so perfectly. My hair was so soft and I will post reviews once I notice progress. One thing I’ve noticed people haven’t gave credit on how it’s also an excellent detangler. Don’t hesitate to order, this is pure batana. The ONLY suggestion I have is I hope she can transition the containers to a bucket in the future for easier separation but other than that , THANK YOU SYE AND DR.SEBI!
