I placed my order on March 10th , received a shipment update from FedEx on March 25th ( label credited awaiting package) it April 25th FedEx still hasn’t received the package and neither did I . Several emails to company with empty promises still no package. I’m requesting refund.
I have not received my order to leave a review. Last update was awaiting labels for products had arrived. No update on shipping yet.

This product makes my hair soft and more manageable .have type 4C hair which is prone to breakage, this keeps my hair moisturized.. I recently took out 2 month old braids and had less breakage. Also my hair is growing nicely. I will continue to buy .
